Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong customer relationships and provide follow-up support when needed.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and courteous customer service.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and bring a consistent commitment to achieving individual and team goals.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Life and Health insurance license-8
  • Ability to obtain required Personal Lines insurance licenses

Compensation $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
